Arrival -- when your radio arrives, it is unpacked, saving the packing
for reshipment back to you, and inspected for damage. A work order is created
and the radio is tagged.
Disposition -- based on your written comments and symptoms or your previous
communication with us, your radio is assigned to a bench technician for
scheduling and subsequent servicing.
Scheduling -- the bench technician determines the length of time it will take
to do the needed servicing and when servicing can be started. He then
enters the work order into our master schedule.
Servicing -- the actual servicing work is done according to the master
schedule. If issues crop up that will alter the work to be done, you will be
informed by email or mail and all work will stop until permission to continue
is received from you. After all servicing work is completed, the radio
is placed in a secure storage area for subsequent shipment back to
you.
Invoicing -- the service technician completes the work order, lists parts
used, and work time for the servicing. An invoice is then created and emailed or
mailed to you.
Ship Out -- when full invoice payment is received, your radio is packed and
shipped back to you. A tracking number of the shipment is emailed to you.
